Membership

1. Subscription / Scope of Service. You must become a paying subscriber (hereafter a "Member") to the Service to access additional features and services, including but not limited to the ability to search for promotions where a saving of £1 and over exists. FixtureFerrets.co.uk reserves the right to change the membership subscription fees for the Service at any time. If you are unhappy with any subscription fee changes you may terminate your membership.
2. Term and Termination. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a Member of the Service. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), you can postpone commencement of the Service until the seven working day cooling-off period has expired. However, if you choose to become a Member and enter the Site, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under the above Regulations.
   We may immediately terminate your membership and your access to the Service at any time under this Agreement and will send you notice of termination at the email address you provide for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us. If we terminate your membership of the Service because you have breached the Agreement, we will refund any pre-payments made by you less reasonable costs and losses we have incurred. We can terminate this Agreement at any time by giving you reasonable advance written notice.
   You may terminate your membership of the Service at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt by us of your email notice of termination.
   If you terminate your Membership, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period through which you had paid prior to your termination. In the case of violation of one or more of the terms of this Agreement by you we may also block your access to all or part of the Service, either permanently or temporarily.
3. Non Commercial Use by Members. The Website is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Individuals employed by companies and organisations may become members but should use the Service for their personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Prohibited Activities. FixtureFerrets.co.uk reserves the right to investigate and terminate your membership if you have misused the Service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal. The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service:
